- Purchase property adjacent to Wimberley Square to expand parking and build a long-needed public restroom facility to eliminate portable bathrooms
- Partner with Hays County and financially contribute to the establishment of a “water coordinator” position for Precinct 3
- Initiate a resolution shared county-wide to support a public/parks use for Texas State’s University Camp
- Collaborate with other Hill Country communities to advance a resolution to explore innovative “One Water” strategies for public and private development projects within the city
- Secure a $1 Million+ TxDoT grant for downtown sidewalks in busy downtown entrance corridor (work begins 2025)
- Implement a $300,000 General Land Office grant for City’s Comprehensive Plan focusing on land/water use and zoning (currently under way)
- Establish and implement a branding program including wayfinding signage to assist visitors to the city
